Data Acquisition: The data is obtained electronically, directly from the panelist's purchasing systems.

CPR Provider Panel: The panel is made up of retailers and wholesalers in the food, drug and mass markets. The panel members provide data every month on their deals and allowances including off invoice, bill backs and flat payments and accruals. Most providers download directly from their computer systems. Some send us manufacturer deal sheets and the forms completed by sales people and buyers. The panel consists of national accounts and regional accounts. This allows us to get the broadest mix of pricing information. We collect over 35,000 deals from more than 300 manufacturers annually.

Delivery: Information is updated weekly and is available electronically through the Internet, disk or CD-ROM, or in hard copy.
